About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage project design and execution (maîtrise d'œuvre) operations with recognized expertise in fluid and thermal systems
Contribute to commercial proposals and bid responses
Study projects in the early design phase: audits, diagnostics, and execution of fluid and thermal studies
Manage and coordinate construction works: monitor the operational schedule and the project's financial performance
Ensure compliance with DTU standards (French technical construction standards) during the construction supervision phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education (Engineer or equivalent in thermal / fluids / building engineering)
5–6 years' experience, ideally in project management (maîtrise d'œuvre) within rehabilitation/renovation contexts
Strong technical background in HVAC / plumbing / thermal systems, with an overall multi-trade (TCE) perspective
Good knowledge of regulations and standards
Autonomous, rigorous, responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills
