About the role
- Creation and modification of measurement programs on the CMM (coordinate measuring machine)
- Measurement of components using tactile and optical measurement systems as well as common handheld measuring tools
- Performing component digitization and analysis using false-color comparison
- Documentation and evaluation of measurement results
- Care and basic administration of measuring equipment
- Support for incoming goods, in-process and final inspections
- Serial/process-accompanying measurement of components on the CMM and on the contourograph
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, toolmaker, machining specialist (e.g., CNC machinist) or similar
- Some experience in metrology or quality assurance, ideally with CMM measurements
- Basic knowledge in creating measurement programs (e.g., ZEISS Calypso, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS or similar)
- Confident handling of handheld and inspection measuring tools
- Careful and structured working style, team player and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in shifts
