About the role

  • You will lead a motivated events team and promote a cooperative, solution-oriented working style
  • You will design, plan and execute major trade fairs and specialist exhibitions as well as customer events and symposia
  • You will manage internal and external service providers, monitor budgets and ensure smooth operations
  • You will develop creative concepts to showcase our brand and products — both in-person and via live digital formats
  • You will confidently take on representative tasks such as moderating program sessions or presenting content
  • You will work closely with colleagues from Content Marketing, Sales, Product Management and external partners
  • You will analyze the success of your events and derive optimization measures

Requirements

  • Degree in Event Management, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience organizing trade shows and events, ideally with leadership experience in a B2B environment
  • Creative flair for brand presentation and storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality and excellent communication abilities
  • Empathetic leadership style with team spirit
  • Confident use of project management tools and digital event platforms
