About the role
- Further develop the existing product portfolio and design new, innovative product solutions in the field of rainwater treatment
- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, product master data maintenance, market launch and product discontinuation
- Develop product marketing strategies and sales promotion activities
- Define pricing strategies and monitor product margins within the business unit
- Continuously monitor the market to identify competitive product features and seize opportunities
- Work closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams to achieve product objectives
- Provide product training for sales staff and customers
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, environmental engineering, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in product management
- Preferably experience in environmental engineering, wastewater or rainwater management
- Confident demeanor, strong technical competence, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to structure work effectively
- Strong consultative skills, e.g. strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and customer-centric communication
- Experience with CAD systems (AutoCAD) and SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English
