About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create graphic assets for promotional campaigns (online and offline);
Develop key visuals (KVs) and adaptations for commercial campaigns;
Produce materials for social media, paid media and e-commerce;
Create supporting materials for physical stores (point-of-sale materials, flyers, internal communications);
Edit short, focused videos for campaigns, social media and ads;
Adapt content into different formats (static, carousel, GIF and simple video);
Collaborate with the commercial and performance teams;
Organize and maintain visual standards and brand identity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar);
Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects or equivalents);
Ability to translate commercial briefs into clear, effective assets;
Agility to manage a high volume of deliveries (retail environment);
Understanding of performance-driven design (CTR, conversion, rapid readability);
Strong organization and attention to detail.
