About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the global SEO and GEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical pillars for seven markets and languages
- Define and execute an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategy
- Stay hands-on with technical site health — audits, performance monitoring, and structured data
- Lead the SEO and content integration of newly acquired companies
- Own our agentic content platform as a product
- Establish governance standards and quality frameworks for AI-generated content across markets
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and local teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B SaaS and/or multi-market environment
- A proven track record of driving organic traffic and inbound lead growth through both technical SEO and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
- Practical understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Experience with multilingual SEO setups
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
