About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead both the technical and human sides of AI transformation — building solutions, running enablement programmes, and keeping our AI Champions network thriving across Europe.
  • Design, build, and iterate on internal AI tools and automation solutions that solve real operational problems across the organisation.
  • Plan and deliver engaging AI workshops and training programmes tailored to varying levels of technical fluency across six European markets.
  • Manage and grow the AI Champions network, acting as the connective tissue between local market advocates and the central AI Transformation Team.
  • Partner with the engineering team to translate complex AI capabilities into accessible, practical use cases for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics across markets, identifying gaps and opportunities to accelerate enablement.
  • Stay close to the fast-moving AI landscape, surfacing relevant tools, models, and approaches that could benefit Aceve’s teams and products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in an AI, data, or software engineering role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML tooling, LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), and modern development frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering technical training or enablement programmes to mixed-ability audiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and compelling.
  • Comfort with regular European travel (30–40%) and working across multiple cultures and time zones.
