About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deeply understand the client's segment and market positioning;
Understand the profile of the employees who will participate in the trainings;
Deepen knowledge of the topics to be covered;
Co-design the training content journey;
Develop and customize trainings using examples and case studies you master, preferably relevant to the client's business area;
Conduct alignments, validations, and debriefings with the client and the ACE team;
Facilitate the trainings.

What you’ll need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Broad expertise in topics related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and business;
Content curation skills, especially on innovation, entrepreneurship, career, and business topics;
Aesthetic sensibility to adhere to the visual standards of the trainings and provided materials;
Multimedia proficiency — skilled in tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Mentimeter (Menti), and Miro;
Workshop facilitation skills.
