About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support board and committee meeting processes
- Prepare agendas, governance calendars, action trackers and meeting documentation
- Coordinate board papers and governance materials
- Assist with minute taking and follow up actions
- Maintain governance records and document repositories
- Support legal entity governance and compliance activities
- Assist with governance reporting and management information
- Support governance enhancement and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of resolutions and other governance documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and wider business functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years' experience in Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance or Legal Entity Management or In-house Legal or Corporate Legal Support
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
