About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support board and committee meeting processes
  • Prepare agendas, governance calendars, action trackers and meeting documentation
  • Coordinate board papers and governance materials
  • Assist with minute taking and follow up actions
  • Maintain governance records and document repositories
  • Support legal entity governance and compliance activities
  • Assist with governance reporting and management information
  • Support governance enhancement and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation of resolutions and other governance documentation
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and wider business functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years' experience in Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance or Legal Entity Management or In-house Legal or Corporate Legal Support
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
