About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day inquiries, work in progress (queues)
Work with vendors including collection sites to ensure donors have what they need to complete their tests.
Handle client supply orders (Oral supplies)
Ensure Drug and Occupational Health results are being reported correctly.
Ensure client billing is being captured for 3rd party collections.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years’ experience working in Drug and Occupational Health
One year experience working in background industry (preferred)
Preliminary knowledge of medical terminology (i.e., HNT, OSHA, Immune, CDC)
Industry experiences working with laboratories, collection sites, medical review offices (MRO), drug screen processing
Strong skills in time management, attention to detail, working independently with limited supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer obsessed mentality
Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
