About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries, work in progress (queues)
  • Work with vendors including collection sites to ensure donors have what they need to complete their tests.
  • Handle client supply orders (Oral supplies)
  • Ensure Drug and Occupational Health results are being reported correctly.
  • Ensure client billing is being captured for 3rd party collections.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in Drug and Occupational Health
  • One year experience working in background industry (preferred)
  • Preliminary knowledge of medical terminology (i.e., HNT, OSHA, Immune, CDC)
  • Industry experiences working with laboratories, collection sites, medical review offices (MRO), drug screen processing
  • Strong skills in time management, attention to detail, working independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer obsessed mentality
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
