About the role

  • Key role in building and scaling our demand generation activities.
  • Develop and optimize marketing processes and campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads (MQLs).
  • Plan, execute and analyze targeted campaigns across relevant digital channels.
  • Create high-quality, audience-specific content that strengthens ACCURIDS' position as a thought leader in pharmaceutical data and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Initial hands-on marketing experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years of relevant experience), ideally in B2B or technology-driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn mechanics, content formats, engagement drivers, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to write precise, audience-targeted content in English.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (M365, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) and basic design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
  • Initiative, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for building processes in a fast-growing company.
  • At least business-fluent English; fluent German is an advantage.
