💰 $100 per hour
About the role
- Written Order and Amended Written Order services shall be provided by the Contractor, with a fee of up to $100 per written order for a one hour appointment. (Agency required trainings will be paid at a lower rate).
- Documentation Requirements: Submission Deadline for Payment:
- Written Orders Same day as meeting with client/family
- Amended Written Orders Within 48 hours of receiving amended request
- Invoices, submitted monthly
- Timely communication with program leadership & clinical teams
- Initial Assessments 15 days for individual services initiation
Requirements
- Pennsylvania Licensed in one of the following areas (required) is required:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Psychologist
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Enrollment in the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance program, to Order, Refer & Prescribe is required
