Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Economics/Business)
At least 2–3 years of experience in data science
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
Strong understanding of generative AI, e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Initial experience with agentic AI and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
Proficient programming skills in Python or R
Experience with Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with data aggregation tools, e.g., SQL or Spark
Advantageous: knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, vector, or graph databases
Preferred: experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Ability to perform precise analyses and deliver creative, effective problem-solving in collaboration with clients
Willingness to travel for projects
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in German and English
Strong customer focus
