About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives
- Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions
- Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and role management processes
- Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements
- Support the resolution of identity and access-related security incidents
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures
- Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise in: ShipPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Access Certification and Access Reviews
- Provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Role and Entitlement Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects
- Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions to meet complex business and security requirements
- Strong understanding of: Identity Governance and Compliance Requirements
- Security Controls and Best Practices
- Risk Assessment and Risk Management Methodologies
- Security Frameworks and Regulatory Standards
- Security Incident Response Processes
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SailPoint solutions and identity governance controls
