SAP Security Consultant, Team Lead, Associate Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to deliver SAP Security solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access controls.
- Administer SAP GRC and IDM, including access governance and compliance reporting.
- Manage security incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Support SAP Security implementations, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of SAP Security experience.
- Experience supporting two or more SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HR, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of: SAP role design and authorization concepts, SAP GRC and IDM administration, access governance, audit, and compliance reporting.
- Experience supporting SAP Security in project and/or operations environments.
