About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical reference for real-time monitoring of the supply chain, ensuring end-to-end visibility and rapid decision-making;
Lead advanced analyses of logistics data, identifying trends, bottlenecks and strategic improvement opportunities;
Coordinate and develop the logistics control team, ensuring alignment with operational goals, processes and performance indicators (KPIs);
Develop and implement logistics strategies (route planning, inventory management and resource optimization), ensuring efficiency in inbound, outbound and reverse logistics;
Manage governance with clients (meetings, executive presentations and action plans), ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in supply chain, transportation, reverse logistics and management of complex operations;
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data and metrics (KPIs) for decision-making;
Experience leading operational teams and managing internal and external stakeholders;
Proficiency with analytical tools (advanced Excel) and desirable knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar);
Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and management of logistics projects;
High school diploma (mandatory);
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics or related areas is desirable.
