About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform spot purchasing processes, conducting quotations, comparative analyses and negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best conditions of cost, lead time and quality;
Serve as the primary contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers, performing follow-ups, alignments and tracking the progress of requests;
Ensure compliance with SLAs, deadlines and agreed requirements, guaranteeing the efficiency and quality of deliveries;
Keep purchasing processes updated in the system, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Previous experience in Purchasing
Intermediate Excel skills
Analytical profile with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and internal clients
