About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs, from planning through delivery
- Define and align scope with executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives

- Oversee financial, contractual, and operational commitments of projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary programs
- Strategic mindset with analytical thinking and result orientation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels
- Decision-making ability in dynamic environments
- Collaborative leadership with an impact orientation
- Advanced stakeholder management in complex corporate environments (preferred)
- Negotiation and conflict management techniques (preferred)
- Data analysis knowledge applied to decision-making (preferred)
- Experience in agile environments and organizational transformation (preferred)
