About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support projects through advanced analyses and the use of AI tools to inform diagnostics, recommendations and business decisions
Collect, organize and analyze data (processes, requirements, metrics or operational information) to support decision-making
Help understand client needs and translate them into analyses, reports and inputs for solution development
Prepare supporting materials such as executive presentations, reports and process documentation
Assist in building, maintaining and evolving project reports and performance indicators
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, data, technology and design) to develop solutions that combine processes, technology and AI
Support project lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, change management and deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to analytical and consulting contexts
Intermediate Excel skills (analysis and data consolidation)
PowerPoint for structuring executive materials
Basic knowledge of requirements gathering and process analysis
Basic understanding of agile methodologies
Preferred: experience with Copilot or internal automation/AI tools; knowledge of commercial and sales processes, commercial strategy, customer experience (CX), omnichannel and e-commerce; concepts of CRM, sales or customer service; ability to translate AI-generated insights into practical business recommendations
