Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior-level experience with an analytical and critical mindset to assess complex scenarios and propose consistent solutions.
Ability to work autonomously, leading strategic initiatives and influencing multiple levels of the organization.
Strong comfort with numbers, financial analyses, KPIs, and large volumes of data and information.
Negotiation, influencing, and clear communication skills, with effective cross-functional stakeholder interaction.
Familiarity with technology and the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis, automation, and decision support.
Bachelor's degree (completed).
