About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create visual assets for CRM campaigns, email marketing, in-app banners, social media, and performance campaigns
Adapt layouts and creatives for different formats, channels, and target audiences
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, media, and strategy teams to translate business goals into effective visual communications
Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
Support A/B testing and creative optimization initiatives based on performance
Rapidly develop layouts, visual concepts, and campaign variations with attention to detail
Use AI tools for ideation, creation, and optimization of assets and production workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience creating digital assets for multiple channels
Proficiency in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite
Organized, proactive, and collaborative work style
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with AI tools applied to the creative process is desirable
Knowledge of digital channels, CRM, and performance marketing
Understanding of typography, visual composition, and branding
English and/or Spanish
Motion design and video editing
Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing
Experience producing work guided by metrics and performance
