About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a senior consultant focused on Change Management in large digital and organizational transformation projects.
  • Work according to Accenture methodology across the Stakeholders, Organizational Impacts, Communications, Training, Readiness and Adoption workstreams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies.
  • Work closely with HR, leadership and executive stakeholders, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Map organizational impacts and design communication and engagement plans for key audiences (stakeholders, teams, leaders).
  • Conduct readiness diagnostics and analyses to identify risks, barriers and mitigation plans.
  • Design strategy and facilitate training and enablement sessions on digital tools, processes and desired behaviors.
  • Monitor adoption and change-effectiveness metrics, producing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMO, IT, Product, UX, Operations) to ensure alignment and integration between change initiatives and technology deliveries.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and act as a technical reference, supporting the development of more junior professionals.
  • Use AI to facilitate and accelerate day-to-day work.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology or related fields.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in Change Management projects, preferably with a focus on digital transformation and/or systems implementation.
  • Knowledge of recognized change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lean Change).
  • Familiarity with communication and project management tools (for example Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro/Mural, Confluence, etc.).
  • Proficiency in core Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams).
  • Knowledge and use of AI tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) — used in presentations, workshops and communication with global teams.
  • Excellent communication, a consultative approach, and strong facilitation and relationship-building skills across organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Analytical skills for building and analyzing charts and metrics.
