Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workstreams in CFO Advisory and end-to-end finance transformation projects
Perform diagnostics, design and redesign of financial processes (RTR, PTP, OTC)
Define and implement operational improvements, strengthening controls and process efficiency
Participate in ERP programs, including initiatives with SAP S/4HANA
Run workshops, produce structured analyses and interact directly with client stakeholders
Support project leadership in managing deliverables and developing business-aligned solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Civil, or related fields), Information Systems, Information Technology or related areas
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for participation in global or regional projects
Willingness to travel
Proven experience in financial transformation projects and/or systems implementations
Deep knowledge of end-to-end financial processes
Analytical capability to structure diagnostics, analyses and recommendations
Clear communication and executive presence for client interactions
Autonomy, ownership mindset and results orientation
Proactive profile, fast learner and results-driven
