Sales Operations Consultant – Advanced English
AccentureSales Operations Consultant managing processes and supporting stakeholders in a hybrid setting. Focus on improving operations and ensuring compliance through effective communication and reporting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Will work independently, managing priorities and seeking guidance when necessary.
- Will ensure participation of key stakeholders in meetings, following up on delegations and maintaining organization even under pressure.
- Will support the creation and execution of low- to medium-complexity work plans.
- Will interact with senior leadership, contributing analysis and support within their area of responsibility.
- Will work on continuous improvement of operational processes within Sales Operations.
- Will track deals from creation through closing, ensuring compliance and providing support to teams.
- Will coordinate deal review and approval meetings, following up on required actions.
- Will support reporting, analysis, and sales forecasting activities.
- Will enable/train the sales team on internal processes and tools, promoting best practices.
- Will control and monitor Deal Desk operations, including validation and reconciliation of information.
- Will ensure efficient communication, including mailbox management and tracking of requests.
- Will participate in continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within Sales Operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Sales Operations processes, Deal Desk, sales/commercial support, or related areas.
- Advanced English for interaction with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts is a plus.
