About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll directly support and work under the utility services team and various shared services leads with additional supervision from project management team members.
You'll support drafting, reviewing, and finalizing 300+ technical professionals resumes into our Flowcase resume database.
You'll also work with project leads to draft and finalize project descriptions for past and current project to be loaded into Flowcase as well.
You’ll assist with planning various team activities, office events, volunteer events, and utility services newsletters.
You’ll support tracking of client and internal team deliverables, send follow-ups, and track completion timelines.

What you’ll need

Strong writing capabilities, attention to detail and uniformity, ability to proofread and follow standards and guidelines
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, timeliness, and maturity.
Interest in the utility industry and business operations
