About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Recruitment and Selection processes, from job posting through to final stages, providing assistance to the team and analysts.
Post job openings on internal and external channels following established guidelines.
Screen resumes and assist in assessing candidate fit against job profiles.
Assist or conduct initial (screening) interviews, depending on experience level.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Update job and candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS).
Support sending feedback and standard communications to candidates.
Organize and manage information and documentation related to selection processes.
Support tracking of basic recruitment metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in working and developing in Recruitment and Selection.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus (including high-volume hiring).
Experience or familiarity with recruitment platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, screening tools).
Education: High school diploma or completed/ongoing higher education in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate level is a plus).
Advantage: experience with platforms such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
