Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring operational stability, governance, and efficiency of Billing, Cash Collection and Collections workflows.
Perform advanced analyses and complex financial reconciliations, ensuring integrity of records, system accuracy and mitigation of financial risks.
Act strategically in collections management, aging analysis, prioritization of receivables and handling of critical exceptions, promoting fast and sustainable solutions for the business.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs and management dashboards), prepare in-depth analyses and support decision-making with a focus on financial impact.
Lead transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives and the technical development of the team, driving process evolution and high operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate degree is a plus.
Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a Shared Services Center or structured environments.
Advanced or strong intermediate Excel skills, and experience with financial systems, integrations and digital tools.
Analytical profile with systemic thinking, autonomy, decision-making ability and complex problem-solving skills.
Good communication, technical leadership, collaboration with internal areas and adaptability to transformation and automation environments.
