About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for project/program management activities
- Work with technical teams to identify requirements and test plans

Requirements
What you’ll need- US Citizen on US soil (required)
- Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
- Ability to work with technical teams to capture work efforts, document tasks, coordinate across teams, and support creation of work products/templates
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members
- Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and Visio
- 1–2 years of requirements gathering and/or testing experience (bonus)
- Participation in a Disaster Recovery or Ransomware exercise or real-life scenario (bonus)
- Knowledge of business impact and risk analysis processes (bonus)
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology professionals (bonus)
