Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizen on US soil (required)
Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
Ability to work with technical teams to capture work efforts, document tasks, coordinate across teams, and support creation of work products/templates
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members
Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and Visio
1–2 years of requirements gathering and/or testing experience (bonus)
Participation in a Disaster Recovery or Ransomware exercise or real-life scenario (bonus)
Knowledge of business impact and risk analysis processes (bonus)
Ability to collaborate with business and technology professionals (bonus)
