Key responsibilities & impact

Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer-impact scenarios, and operational readiness
Provide billing quality advisory and operational validation for complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign-off, first-cycle readiness, and hypercare root-cause analysis
Deliver reviewed requirements, edge-case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue-resolution guidance
Apply revenue-billing operations expertise, regulatory and customer-impact understanding, exception management, complex-rate specialization, bill-compare analysis, and production stabilization

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience with revenue billing operations
Regulatory and customer-impact experience
Exception-management experience
Complex-rate expertise
Bill-compare proficiency
Production-stabilization experience
U.S. Citizen (dual accepted)
Must be eligible to obtain government clearance
