About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation while collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams.
Manage Change Requests, and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules.
Support Agile/DevOps workflows, release management, integration traceability, and provide subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM).
Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management.
Experience with Nuvolo modules or comparable enterprise asset/workplace management platforms.
US Citizenship
3+ years of continuous U.S. residency
