About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain OAF pages, extensions, and controller logic, aligned to technical requirements and functional design documents.
Build customizations within Oracle EBS using Java, OA Framework components, personalization, and page customizations.
Support analysis and troubleshooting of OAF related defects, page behavior issues, and configuration gaps across environments.
Work collaboratively with functional SMEs, testers, and other developers to deliver user-facing features requiring OAF expertise.
Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) where they intersect with OAF UI components.
Ensure OAF components interact correctly with PL/SQL packages, APIs, and EBS modules.
Produce technical design documents, user interface specifications, and test evidence following AFS and DoD client standards.
Follow secure coding practices and contribute to code reviews and quality assurance tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and core modules (e.g., PO, AP, AR, GL, HR).
Proficiency with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and OA Framework MVC components.
4+ years’ experience working in Agile environments supporting iterative delivery.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot OAF related issues across multiple environments.
US – Citizen
Must have an active Secret Clearance
