Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, testing, and deployment of SAP H2R functionalities, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.
Align SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Universal Journal for payroll postings, labor distribution, and benefit accruals.
Manage the transition from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors Cloud and hybrid architectures.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks related to data migration, payroll parallel testing, and system integration.
Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile for employee self-service, manager insights, and workforce analytics.
Ensure seamless integration of H2R with other streams, such as labor budgeting and grant-funded personnel processes.
Mentor and develop team expertise in advanced SAP tools like Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Payroll Control Center (PCC), and Workforce Analytics.
Stay current on SAP updates, leveraging new features to improve HR operations and talent strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of implementation experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or H2R
Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies in SAP environments.
US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Active Secret clearance required
Willingness to travel up to 25%
