About the role

  • Provide access to M365 seeded Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI entitlements
  • Support requests for additional licenses outside of seeded M365 entitlements, such as Dynamics 365
  • Provide Helpdesk and Tier 2/Tier 3 support for questions related to access, capability, and other platform support requests
  • Curate knowledge articles and FAQs doc
  • Maintain license inventory and CoE
  • Maintain service request catalog in DAYS (update, add, remove entries)

Requirements

  • Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform > Power Apps, Model-driven, Canvas App, Dynamics, etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and attention to detail
