Integrate COTS, GOTS, and open‑source components into cohesive production‑ready systems.
Install, configure, and maintain containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Design and deploy cloud solutions using AWS, including CloudFormation for Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC), AWS networking, and AWS security.
Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Actions for continuous integration and deployment.
Perform advanced Linux system administration to support cloud and on‑premises environments.
Employ automated testing tools to ensure application quality, security, and performance.
Work with development teams in source‑controlled environments to support secure, efficient deployment workflows.
Lead high‑visibility and mission‑critical engineering efforts with minimal oversight.
Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers or project teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration and operational issues in distributed or cloud‑based systems.
Participate in system design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security best practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree plus 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years of experience, or 18+ years of experience without a degree.
10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related fields, in any of the following areas:
Architecting and implementing enterprise systems across the full engineering lifecycle
Docker / Containerization
Kubernetes
Fluency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc), ideally with multi-cloud
CI/CD such as GitHub actions, Jenkins, or similar
Linux system administration
Integrating COTS, GOTS, and open‑source components
Automated testing tools and secure software development practices
Overseeing or leading technical teams
