Lead the full lifecycle of application onboarding for SailPoint ISC
Design and configure SailPoint integrations, workflows, roles, and access policies
Partner with application teams to define onboarding approaches, including ServiceNow‑based manual fulfillment
Conduct and coordinate end‑to‑end testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and validate results
Develop documentation, SOPs, and reusable onboarding templates
Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and JIRA tracking

Requirements

5+ years of hands‑on SailPoint experience (ISC or IIQ), including application onboarding
Strong SailPoint development skills: workflows, connectors, rules, roles, policies
Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience with testing support, validation, and resolving integration issues
Ability to independently lead a workstream, remove blockers, and own delivery
