Support the implementation and integration of enterprise IGA solutions
Assist senior engineers in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IGA tools
Contribute to identity lifecycle management tasks and access governance activities
Support integration with systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and SSO platforms
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate security requirements into technical solutions
Participate in documentation, process improvements, and operational support activities
Stay informed on industry best practices in identity security and governance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or an Associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience
Foundational understanding of authentication principles, identity lifecycle management, and access management
Hands‑on experience with one or more: IGA, IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, ITSM
Scripting or development experience with one or more: REST API, LDAP, SQL, PowerShell, object‑oriented programming
Experience supporting enterprise identity governance tools
Relevant IAM/IGA or security‑related certifications
Experience working in a modernization or transformation environment
Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance
