About the role
- Lead and execute Supply and Demand planning processes in Oracle Cloud for End-to-end visibility across contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Supply and Demand Planning modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Analyze forecasting models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement replenishment planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve service level and perform date management.
- Configure and customize replenishment planning solutions, ensuring the system addresses unique operational challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex and custom business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Develop, Test and Document business processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Identify business pain points in existing planning processes and propose optimized solutions.
Requirements
- Supply and Demand Planning experience
- Oracle Cloud Supply Planning experience
- Business Process Design experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
