Requirements

Oracle Utilities Billing Component v1.6.x (Expert)
SQL and PL/SQL programming (Expert)
Pro*C programming (Advanced)
MDM (Meter Data Management) using ITRON IEE client (Expert)
6+ years of technical support role in retail or wholesale power billing.
Experience to liaison with business stakeholders gather and execute requirements.
Experience with DOS scripts and batch processing Moderate experience with Access VBA macros
Fluent spoken and written communication skills, and effective team collaboration skills Attention to detail and willingness to adhere to rules and standards.
Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations surrounding financial transactions and reporting.
