About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored consulting solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals
  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, including market research, financial modeling, and operational assessments
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, or innovation
  • Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and career development support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record of leading consulting projects and managing client relationships
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align project goals with client objectives
  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and financial modeling
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or CRM systems)
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud computing) is advantageous
  • Fluent in English: Interviews will be held in this language.
