Lead, coach, and develop the analytics and data engineering organization, ensuring clear accountability, strong performance, and ongoing talent development.
Own the enterprise data strategy, roadmap, and architecture in partnership with the CTO.
Oversee data governance, hygiene, and management practices across the organization.
Ensure data is transformed into clear, actionable insights that drive business and client outcomes.
Partner with client teams and senior leaders to ensure analytics strategies directly support client growth, performance optimization, and enterprise initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Technology to align data architecture with enterprise systems and priorities.
Support Sales and Marketing with data-backed insights, storytelling, and thought leadership.
Represent the analytics and data engineering function in senior leadership discussions.

Requirements

8-10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, or related roles
Experience leading analytics and/or data engineering teams in a client services or agency environment
Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and compliance best practices
Expertise with data platforms, analytics tools, and visualization technologies (e.g., Power BI, Excel, etc.)
Data Warehouse experience, AWS/Redshift preferred
Affiliate and/or Influencer marketing industry experience preferred
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree required.
