About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end production workflows across pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Coordinate post-production workflows, including managing freelance editors, tracking versions and feedback.
- Support show testing and pilot development by refining concepts and optimizing content for performance and retention.
- Assist with production logistics such as casting coordination, contracts, and scheduling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and leadership teams to identify blockers and improve production systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting entertainment shows for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Hands-on experience in digital content creation, influencer collaborations, or communications and marketing within a mission-driven or cultural media environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills required.
- Experience supporting the full post-production lifecycle, maintaining organized workflows and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
