About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the Accelerant Data Platform by gathering stakeholder requirements.
Identify opportunities to deliver value through data-driven solutions enabling Risk Exchange efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and own roadmap for data ingestion and consumption with Outcome and Key Results (OKRs).
Communicate strategy and platform outcomes to various levels within the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products.
Background in data-rich product domains and how ML & AI can maximize data value.
Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools (e.g. Replit).
Comfort in interpreting and understanding business requirements while collaborating with technical teams.
Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance market, particularly with insurer/carrier data delivery.
Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
