VP – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Assist the CFO and senior leadership with financial insights and analysis
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and recommend improvements
- Support Series B/C fundraising activities and develop investor presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
- CA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC), global organization, or technology company is highly desirable
- Experience with transfer pricing principles
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
