About the role

  • Own adoption, retention, customer impact, reliability, and commercial performance for your product line.
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for your domain.
  • Run major initiatives across teams from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product leadership on packaging and pricing inputs.
  • Own (or ensure ownership of) the assets required to sell and deliver the product.
  • Act as the domain SME. Raise the bar on decision quality with standards, frameworks, and good product judgement.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Ops, and external SMEs/regulators to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7 years of product management (or equivalent) experience, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a B2B or global tech environment.
  • Track record of driving product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement and comfort owning GTM readiness (enablement, collateral, positioning) alongside delivery.
