About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and own the end-to-end sales and customer management process blueprint
  • Define and implement standards and templates for governance and process development
  • Lead development of RACI models and cross-functional governance structures
  • Act as a coordination point across Sales, CRM, and Commercial Strategy stakeholders
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Management consulting experience with a focus on commercial transformation and process design
  • Experience in developing governance frameworks and RACI models
  • Strong understanding of sales operating models and customer segmentation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience establishing KPIs and process performance metrics
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong advantage
