About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in organizing the schedule for speakers in the Lecture Arena – Expocongregarh
- Organize schedules for ABRH sponsors and guests
- Provide administrative support by preparing spreadsheets, reports, and internal activity controls
- Oversee arena activities during the event, including timekeeping and welcoming speakers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in events preferred
- Good written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Microsoft Office
- Excel knowledge preferred
