About the role

  • Lead the creation of scalable, robust design systems for complex enterprise products
  • Use AI tools to generate and maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and developer specs
  • Work with AI-assisted handoff tools to ensure pixel-perfect alignment between Figma and production code, including automated checks for accessibility and brand consistency
  • Use generative scripts to map legacy patterns to new tokens and components, accelerating system adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building large-scale design systems
  • A strong portfolio showcasing real, complex design systems (AI-assisted work is a plus)
  • Expert in Figma and curious about the new wave of AI design tools
  • Strong system thinking — you know how to structure tokens and data so machines and humans understand them
  • A sharp QA mindset: you use AI to explore, but trust your eye to curate and validate
  • Comfortable explaining complex ideas to designers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Mentor the team on how to use AI responsibly and creatively within design systems
