- Product Owner role with responsibilities including building product roadmaps and leading Agile teams in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner role
- Experience building a product roadmap for ServiceNow or Salesforce for a contact center or customer service environment. (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Nice to have: ServiceNow product road mapping experience
- Healthcare payer experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM
