Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in and conduct conciliation, evidentiary (instruction) and trial hearings;
Review the hearings schedule, maintaining control and organization of the calendar;
Ensure compliance with attendance deadlines by sending necessary information and documents;
Accurately record time entries, documenting hours spent on legal activities;
Monitor cases and deadlines related to hearings;
Provide client support with updates on case progress, especially regarding hearings;
Update internal legal systems with hearing and diligence information;
Perform external diligences when necessary, including at courthouses and administrative bodies.
