About the role
- Participate in and conduct conciliation, evidentiary and trial hearings;
- Review hearing schedules, managing and organizing the calendar;
- Ensure attendance deadlines are met by sending required information and documents;
- Accurately record time on the time sheet, tracking hours dedicated to legal activities;
- Monitor case files and deadlines related to hearings;
- Provide client support with updates on case progress, particularly regarding hearings held;
- Update internal legal systems with hearing and diligence information;
- Perform external diligences when necessary, including court appearances and visits to administrative bodies.
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Minas Gerais)
- Previous experience in litigation (contested civil practice).
